When the sac broke the fluid was very dark yellow and had bits of brown? Are they similar to humans where they shouldn't poop in utero

No no signs of life at all , she is pawing at it. She is breathing fast again so there may be another. Should I leave them with her if I take them I'm afraid she will stall labor again

I would imagine so they are very long and lean and there nails are super long as well as there fur. We have a lot of coyotes and hawks and fisher cats so I wouldn't be surprised if she couldn't find a safe place

Just leave them for now. No harm in that. She needs to know they are dead. Hoping for a final live one!

You said she is still breathing fast. Do you think there may be one more?

No, she is either having one more kitten or after-pains. Let's see what happens. The third one was dead too?

It is very sad and depressing. It is so unfortunate. It comes with the territory of being feral and not getting good nutrition, though it sounds like the kittens were well-formed, even if they took nutrients from mom. Honestly, it sounds as though something went really wrong during labor. Like it just took too long. Happens most frequently with first-time moms. Poor mama kitty. Does it seem like she's done now or can you not tell yet? And did all the placentas come out?
