I didn't vote either, I just couldn't. Both my hubby and I when looking for a new place refused to move somewhere that did not allow pets. We are moving to a house in a few weeks and the owner told us no pets. I told him "no pets no deal"....that solved matters quite quickly and he said the cats would be just fine

I would definitely get a bigger place, one bedroom is hardly big enough for two adults, that's what we are moving out of.

Ask a family member if they could care for the kitties when your baby is born, if that would help.

It might also be nice to build them an outside, totally enclosed pen. That way you could open the back door or window and let them out to play when they are running around crazily! http://www.rgj.com/blogs/mostlydogs/...ure-743083.jpg

I'm happy you are keeping them
With the new baby coming, you must be feeling a bit overwhelmed.

Here is a company that makes shelf thingies for cats so more vertical space is used. I want to do something like this but am not crafty enough
Their prices are too high for me. Perhaps you know someone who could use their ideas? http://www.katwallks.com/

Good luck and congratulations!

I'm going to close this thread now. The OP has made her decision and the posts have gotten way off topic anyway about whether or not pit bulls are a good breed.
