I just had the same problem with the swinging door on our new litter box. The whole panel was a big sticker. And the goo gone did not work completely, it was still tacky. And I was worried their fur would get stuck to it....

I used oil today for a small item with a sticky label but it still left a little residue.
I dread trying the cat litter box.
What a mess that will be.
I may just return it and find something else.

Why don't the companies that put those horrible sticky labels on items that must be clean & free of sticky goo spend 1 billionth of a cent more for a glue that comes off easily?

It's maddening.
