I know the bedding needs to be changed I changed it after the 4th kitten was born but she and 2 of the kittens were still wet. Hopefully she doesn't have anymore she's doing great but she seems a bit confused by them.

She will settle into it all in another 24 hours. You can change the bedding again if you want to.

I am going to move her tomorrow I wanted to give her 24-48 hrs and see if she seems less confused. How will I know that she's stimulating them to go potty? She doesn't seem to lick them a whole lot unless they're wet (I just had to clean one off BC it pooped)

She is tired today, but she should get the drill down soon. If you see they need cleaning up, clean them up. If you see wee and poo on the bedding, change it. She will lick them and stimulate them even if you don't see her doing it.

Do you have any formula mom can drink?

She is a proud looking mama. Her babies are too cute. I love the yellow ones.

She may be more interested in the kitten milk now. Is it the powder you mix up?

Two have a swirl pattern one of the orange ones and one of the darker ones. Then a tortie like her and an orange striped one.

We tried moving her last night.. Against me wanting to wait a day or 2. Got her nice and cozy in the bathroom.. She didn't like that. Grabbed one kitten and went back under the bed. (She didn't seem to care which one BC we tried for a 2nd time and she picked a different one)

I put a cat bed and some new bedding under the bed. They are happy. What's normal birth weight in oz?

3 to 3.5 ounces is average normal birth weight, but we get tons of kittens smaller than that who do just fine.

I'm keeping a close eye because one of the orange ones and one of the darker ones doesn't seem to find nipples as easy or stay latched as hard. Just want to make sure I'm catching any issues before its too late.

Weights are excellent!

Do keep an eye out though, kittens can go downhill quickly if not eating.

I have kitten milk, small needle less syringe and a kitten baby bottle just in case. They're so adoreable I can't wait until they open their eyes and start playing.
