I love nuts but cannot eat them because it triggers my IBS
I like nuts, but
with my IBS...for some reason they don't settle to well with me. They give me the most fawl gas I have ever smelled in my life. It smells like something has died. It sounds funny, but it wasn't funny when I didn't know what was causing it. Even if I two peanuts, it happens.
Does it give you bad gas?
MMMMMMMMMMM Boiled peanuts, I am from Alabama and it is so common to find them down there. I just moved to Virginia 5 years ago and it is soooooo hard to find them. My husband never even tried them. He thinks I am crazy. They have to be my favorite non-healthy nut. Cashews are a close second. The rest of the nuts are all tied at 3. Yup, I am a nut for nuts........
Nuts are good for you but not if they are salted or roasted.
