Bloody mucus?

Hello!!
So this morning, I noticed a spot of blood (or what I thought was paint ) and went to clean it up and noticed it was some sort of bloody mucus.
I have two female cats under a year old.

Does anyone have any idea where this has come from and why!? I haven't found any more anywhere else on them or in my house.

It most likely was vomited up. Try to look closely at their mouths for any injuries, one of them may have a bad tooth. stomach blood looks more like coffee grounds, black, so this is most likely in the mouth or throat. It looks like a clot is in there so it bled fro a while. Check carefully or bring them both to the vet to be examined. It may be nothing more than an injury that will heal, but it does need to be checked1
