First off- Bonnie, it was an absolute delight meeting you. I had to laugh when you asked me if I was hissy though-how many crazy cat women walk into your business brandishing a cat carrier on any given day?
Your driver was so helpful, as I got out of the truck, he was backing out of the drive. He saw the carrier and pointed "Go that way, you'll find him on the floor with the women." LOL
Thanks for taking him overnight. He is upstairs in the cat room getting used to all the new smells and sounds. He isn't sitting still at the moment, so photos will have to come later, so I am glad you posted your photos of him.
He isn't mychief anymore or mischief which is what his previous owner called him. His name is now Dobby and I am sure he is going to be every bit as delightful as the house elf in Harry Potter.
The other cats are clamoring to see him, but the barrier is up, so all in due time. I sat on the floor and he waltzed out of the carrier as cute as can be and dropped in my lap, turned his belly up and dared me to give him a tummy rub. He is about 2 pounds underweight if she is correct at his age, but he is pretty thin. He isn't eating right now, but he has both canned and dry up there for when he discovers his appetite again.
On that long drive home, he meowed only a few times! Good Kitty!
He will be a wonderful addition to our home and again thank you for alerting me about him.
