Hi all,
I was riding my motorbike to work today and saw a kitten tied up in a plastic bag. I got the kitten out and took her home, she drank some water and ate a small prawn. She is so small (palm size) but eyes open and able to groom,lap water and chew food. She may be an older runt.
This is Vietnam, there is no pet store and no vets anywhere so please don't suggest that, i would if they existed.
The kittens belly is very bloated and the rest of her is skin and bones. I've tried stimulating her to poop but nothing yet.
I really need your help;
1- An alternative (home-made) formula or something for humans that i may be able to hunt down.
2- I found whiskers wet food at Big C can i give her some?
3- How often should I feed her (She is starved so it needs to be gradual but how gradual?
4- There is no vet so anything on natural de-worming would be helpful but probably doesn't exist.
5- any other info that you can give me.
This is a third-world country, I don't have access to any veterinary services I really need whatever you can give me (even if not entirely reccomended) to give this little baby a shot at life.
Thank you,
Meagan
