I think Irmik is very very sick. I know you are trying.. and ((hugs)) to you for doing the best you are able to do, under the circumstances.
I think sometimes, WE, cannot grasp the fact that in other countries, veterinarian care is so very different than that of the USA.
A lot of the advice from here, is geared towards our standards of vet care. We do no understand how it is to be in a completely different country.. never mind, if you are in a rural area.. and with limited resources.
Yes, Irmik, needs intensive help at this point..
She does need to be taken back in, and given, at least some Sub-Q fluids.. In the USA, that is the standard treatment for cats who are looking so sick.. And she does need the endoscopy. At this point, it needs to be done as soon as possible. She needs to be started on a regimen of treatment.
I am not certain if you can afford it.. or if the Vets, you are dealing with, are able to supply the treatment.
As far as undergoing anesthesia.. well, Irmik, is very sick.. You are doing your best. You are at your wit's end trying to help her... but are limited, by location, monetary expenses, living at home with your parents, etc. There are many factors involved.
We know you love Irmik.. It is very apparent.. We get that.
Dry food is not all bad--if it is the only food you can get and can she can keep down. Right now it is a combination of discovering the source of he issues, giving the appropriate treatment, and feeding the correct food.
When I suggested Rabbit food--dry.. I am only saying that a novel protein--- some type of meat based food that she has not had, may help her---from an allergy/sensitivity point. That is, if she can keep it down.
With my last cat, I knew he was allergic to chicken, from the fact that each time he ate it, he immediately vomited.
So I avoided all chicken food.
The rabbit, which is what was suggested, is a novel protein.. something he has never had. It can be duck, venison, kangaroo, etc.... What ever is available in your Country. Yes, it is expensive, compared to other foods, but....
I sincerely wish you the best.. and Irmik.. I am sending you (((Hugs))) and thinking about you...
Too much information can be confusing.. yet, being aware of things, can help... so do what you can..
Right now, Irmik needs to be stabilized.. and take it from there....
