You and your wife are doing a very good job here. Hopefully your vet will pay a little more attention on this next trip.
Please try to not feel that you have failed this mama and her little ones. As a stray, there is no knowing what she went through during most of her pregnancy! I am certain that is what caused the demise of the kittens, poor maternal nutrition, possible physical abuse during the pregnancy, high maternal stress levels...it's a wonder any kittens of stray mamas make it. You are doing the very best you can, and the remaining kit is beginning to come around!

Mommy dewormed
Bear Jr dewormed
Unless some thing crazy happens she believes he will make it as long as we help feed
We cared for mommy the entire time after she was ditched she only left our porch to use the restroom

I've always had good luck with 1 part KMR to 3 parts goat milk. This is the best mixture I've found for my fosters.

Yes, he is worn out from the vet visit. Worm meds are very safe though.
How much formula does he drink at each feeding?

Not from a wormer...no. But, the stress involved from the car trip, seeing the vet or just being in the office with other animals definitely takes it's toll. Let him sleep, but keep an eye on him.
Also, wake him, if he's not already in a couple of hours and feed him.

i want to thank all of you for all of your support through this very tough time
the last one took a turn for the worse over night and had to be rushed to er vet where we had to say goodbye as he was suffering
my heart is broken spirit is crushed but i know he is in a better place

Our neighbor who had been helping us care for the litter asked if she could have her since she wasn't really ours and the girl loves her as much as we do we thought it was best

No, it does not. And, humans being humans, it doesn't even take away all of the self-blame in the short term. Time does that. I am glad that Mama will have a good forever home, and just from what you have posted here, I know you would not let her go anywhere if there were a question of that. You and your wife have done above and beyond what most would have done.

No, it does not take away the pain, but it's great that mom will have a nice, loving home with the neighbor.

yes i plan on staying around
and she will as soon as she gets a new job she was let go friday.
her boyfriend is really a nice guy he may pay for it not sure.
i have to find my wife and i what we are missing in our hearts from this loss
the littler guy was the spitting image and acted like our baby we lost a few years ago
bad thing is he was rare marble grey and brown males here are impossible to find
my wife just knew when the little one appeared he was a gift from god to bring back what we lost
and she will as soon as she gets a new job she was let go friday.
