Last year I had an appointment with people to come and see some foster kittens I had on the same night we picked names. I was a bit pickled, and they probably agreed to adopt the kittens to get them away from the drunk woman.

Funny you should say that. I was looking for something small to work on in the heat and pulled out the pattern you sent me for the kitty squid last year...so if this works and anyone gets a crocheted squid this year...
