I go sleep on the couch because Fred looks SO comfortable slleping in my spot.
I sit at the computer chair 'cause the kitties on the couch are all asleep, or in the floor if one is in the 'puter chair too!
I "hold it in" when a kitkat is sleeping on the toilet seat
Back when I was in college I use to actually stop my homework cuz Pepper would jump up and lie directly across my textbook and notebook. I didn't have the heart to drive her down. She'd look sooo cute and she'd start purring away, I guess she didn't like the fact that I couldn't pay attention to her if I was doing homework so she decided she'd put a stop to that...lol.
I get in the bath to read a magazine only to find Rosie has made herself comfortable on it so i have to get back out and go and get something else to read!
And like how Rosie is sitting right in front of the screen now and i have to look at either side of her to see whats on the screen!
Now Sophies joined her!

I need to make my bed on weekend mornings but I don't because Snowball is sleeping soooooo peacefully and I just can't stand the thought of disturbing him. So I wait until he wakes up and jumps off the bed and then I make it!
I'm preparing my own dinner and Elmo jumps on onto the bench, meows and tells me I should prepare his first!

You buy a nice new fluffy bathmat and your kitten repeatedly drags it out from the bathroom and goes to sleep on it under your bed. You eventually give up and buy another bathmat.
When I put a little carpet mat on the counter so they will be "comfy" while lying up there. (wait, aren't I trying to keep them off the counter??????)
No, because they are in charge!
When the boyfriend and I adjust our sleeping positions to wherever Summer decides to fall asleep(sometimes on us)...even when she crawls into bed after we do.
When we delay checking our email because Summer is sleeping so peacefully in our desk chair. We wait until she's finished with the chair.

Summer also interuppted my school work by sitting, rolling, or laying on my homework.....hence my signiture.
When I decided to place all my delicate breakables out of kittens' reach so they would have free run of the apartment.
When I bought a white couch to replace my old black futon, because, well, I don't mind cat hair BEING there, I just don't want to SEE it.

When I have to move my feet so the cat who is staring at me can jump onto the sofa!!! Charlotte will sit there, stare at me, look at the sofa, look at me, and I'm supposed to obey. I'm a sucker.
When I decide to store the throw pillows instead of keeping them on the sofa, since the kittens have decreed that throw pillows are an egregiously poor use of couch space, and show me this by throwing them on the floor.
