Hi MikeyCatMom.

That flap of skin is common enough. Myself I believe it is some sort of protection against severe cat fights, they they try to rip the belly open.

He is domestic as said, but what he perhaps somewhat resembles??

Perhaps an older, well fed bengal??  Some variations of bengal can have these appearance.

He's got lots of Cute Fluffy Cats mixed in.  He is adorable, though as MM says nothing pedigree, no particular breeds in him.

Paulus is beautiful! And he is called a domestic shorthair. :)

I'm not sure of his coloring, but I'll take a stab at bicolor blue and white. Does he have tabby stripes?

Blue bicolor is correct. Oddly he looks very much like the domestic longhairs we have around here in Finland. (Sometimes moggies have distinctive looks in certain geographical areas).

Err. Excuse me. Paulus is a domestic longhair, not shorthair. I'm surprised you didn't catch me, NG.
Lol, I was guilty of reading too fast and without thinking much, but to my defense it was around 4am here.
 (It's now 6pm).

But Paulus looks almost identical to a cat I used to know, he was also a blue bicolor domestic longhair, but a regular Finnish barn cat's kitten.

This is Bushie. I found her on a parking lot near my house and she was only a baby. I took her in and she became a member of my family. In my country, people are more like dog-breed lovers, but not cat breeders. There are only a few who do are actual cat breeders have a pedigree breed cat in their homes. So there are many cats who are of some breed, but not with a pedigree and they are wandering the streets.

She's got some really cute black hairs on her paws that are longer than the others , her paws are really furry :) And she's got a lion-like fur beneath her head. I was hoping if u could at least tell me if she's similar to any breed.

Thanks in advance..

Yes, his head lops to the side & sometimes, like in this pic, its very obvious. Lol. His name is Max. He is VERY talkative, social, and I taught him to sit for treats in just an hour! I'm a proud mommy. I have no papers,(I kind-of inherited him from someone that passed away),but a fellow cat-loving friend and I are stuck on a few breeds. These pics were taken in artificial light so normally he's completely a shiny blue, except slight tabby markings on the end of his tail, and has yellow eyes. I'm sure he's mixed but what's your opinion? Thanks!

No particular breed in either Max or Quinn.  Well over 90% of cats have no pedigree blood at all.

Max is a domestic shorthair, colour is blue, the rings at the end of his tail are quite common in non-pedigrees and also in kittens.

Quinns is a black & white domestic longhair.

Both are beautiful.

No.  She is gorgeous, but nearly all cats (well over 90%) have no pedigree blood whatsoever.  She's a black self domestic longhair.  The tabby & white domestic shorthair on top of the cat tree looks cute as well.

A pedigree cat is registered (that guarantees the pedigree isn't fake) and comes with a 4- or 5-generation pedigree and some sort of registration document, depending on the registry.  Some of the popular breeds (British & American shorthairs, Maine Coon and several others) have been selected from the native cats of a region and so one can find cats which are quite a lot like them - I saw a beautiful cat 'Big Ginge' in my friend's cattery a few years back who was just the sort of cat I think BSH came from.
