So what's the current list look like? You can add Hope, NJ (Northwest New Jersey) and New York.... though I leave it out there that if someone from NY wants to do it, they can take it from me. Actually, I've already got two days in NW NJ planned out and enough to do for several days at least in New York.

Ooooo - I don't want to miss Napa, though I'd love to go to Australia! I know they went there last trip, but I wasn't active on TCS at the time, so I missed it. ....if it's before you have the baby, can you do both?

When you live in the boonies, it's nearly impossible to find pics online - you've got to take your own!


I can go for Southern/Southwestern MN - don't see anyone else in this area jumping in yet. Can I give a more definitive/specific location later?

I had the strangest dream last night!! We were doing the Great Vacation Thread, except it was REAL! I was meeting you all at the airport and I was very shy because you all seemed to know each other and I felt so tiny in my shoes, but so happy to meet you all in person at the same time! Lol We then all went into a bakery (no wonder where that came from-Iclkemiss!) and our cats were socializing (and talking!
). Well, it was fun! Just wanted to share my excitement about this virtual trip we will make together. I can't believe I actually dreamt about it!
Now I am thinking I have to learn all your real names...
Mine is Marilou by the way.

When are we starting the trip again?

I was going to leave the thread up all week for signups and then work out a schedule on the weekend to start next week, looking at the last thread, people still signed up during the thread so it may go longer than the first schedule shows

Paris is only 2 hours way from where I live, so I was wondering, if I ask Milkmaid to share our time and maybe add one day we could do a trip to Paris and to Monet's garden at Giverny? We can easily fill two days in Normandy proper, especially with the D-Day landing sites and the Bayeux tapestry etc., not to mention a canoe trip down the river.

Laurie, I added you but must have deleted it when I formatted it on TCS
you are right in the midde but I added you as a definite for NY now
