You may have to feed her every hour today and tonight.

You can try to put her to mom's nipples at each feeding.

I am waiting to hear from A ashley m before offering further advice. This kitten had faded to the point of not sucking at all, and so needs complete hand feeding right now.

She ate and her yummy is quit full feeling but she's still not moving as much

If you reread @sarthur2   's post regarding burping, that is the next step.

It will take a little time for her body to turn the food into energy and kittens do sleep a lot at this age.  Getting food into the kitten is a good sign.  Don't get discouraged.

Fantastic that you got formula!

Tummy down, head up. Two drops in the side of the mouth. Let her swallow and breathe and go again. See if you can get a full dropper's worth in her. If she takes it well, give her more.

Then, hold her on your shoulder and pat her on the back to burp her.

Then rub her tummy to help her digest. Rub her bottom with a warm damp cloth to help her pee and poop.

Then try to feed her more in about a half hour to an hour.

It's going take a few minutes for the food to work it's way down there.  Burp first.

@Ashley M   How are mom and the other kittens doing?  You can put some of the KMR in a bowl for mom.  She will need lots of food and nourishment to nurse her kittens
