Ok so I've had my cat for about 8 months and she's about a year and a half. She goes outside and we think she's pregnant but don't know how far along she is. Her nipples are very large and she won't stop moving, there's a substance coming from her back side and I can't go to the vet right now. Any help? Please

It sounds like she may be in labor. What does the discharge look like?

Is she moving from place to place? Do you see her sides rippling in waves?

If she is having kittens, please get a laundry basket or other box and put an old blanket or towel in it. Put it in a quiet room and put your cat in it and stay with her to comfort her.

The discharge is a yellowish color and now I think she's having contractions and she has a nesting place but can I still move her

Her sides are moving and I think I felt the kittens move but idk how many there are we didn't get a chance to take her to the vet because we just found out a few days ago and she's not that big I'm scared that there early

Might be best to let her have her kittens where she is. You can always move her and her kittens when she's done.

Just read your last post.

It may be too early. She may be having a miscarriage or premature labor with stillborn kittens.

Let me know what's happening.

I am not sure exactly what the discharge is. Is she still having contractions? Can you post a picture of her?

Try to stay calm. Tell me more about what she is doing right now.

It sounds like she needs to get something out, and will feel better after she does. Do you have a parent at home right now?

Okay. Is it very big? It could be what we call her mucus plug. That has to come out before any kittens.
