Not any of my babies, because both of my cats are only 3 years old! I hope they live for as long as a cat can possibly live, though. So, how old are our oldest TCS cats?!
wow, that's a long time for a cat. sorry to hear about this lossOriginally Posted by Luvmy10
My kitty who passed away to the fight of diabetes was 20 years old. He was born in April of 1989.
She's a fab cat that had a real bad start in life. My mum has got nearly all her cats from shelters and doesn't agree with pet shop buying but my dad walked past a pet shop on halloween 23 years ago on his way home from work and saw this tiny black cat in the window (there are hardly any pet shops here that sell cats and dogs anymore-thank god), he thought she looked really small and not well so he bought her, took her home to my mum and she adored her, on a visit to the vets the next day the vet said she was only 6 weeks old and needed special care, she was full of worms and fleas. Mum reported the pet shop and nursed little Boo to good health, she is still a tiny cat but is the toughest out of all her cats bless her. I love her to bits and she has such cattitude.Oh and she is completely deaf but seems to know when food is being dished out downstairs but she is upstairs lol but doesn't hear the hoover anymore xxOriginally Posted by Mystik Spiral
23?!? Wow! Yay little black kitties!
Holland will be 2 in May, so we're not even close...
Aw, look at her! She looks good! You are right, she looks strong! I think she is our winner here, anybody beats 23 years old?Originally Posted by Ruthyb
My mums cat is 23 and still going strong, she has a benign growth on her lip which is kept under observation by the vet but apart from that she is fab, her name is Boo

I am glad to see many cats made it to 20 or close, I can hope I still have plenty of time left with my girls (but never enough, right?).
