Which Cuisine do you like best?

As a Texan I am here to demand at once that those of you who think Taco Bell is "Mexican food" go out and find yourself an actual Mexican restaurant to eat from, or failing that, at least a frozen tv dinner of the proper kind. I agree. I only like about 3 things from Taco Bell, and none of it comes close to authentic Mexican cuisine.
