While I know that there are many subsets in each cuisine, it is not practical to list them all. I am sure each country have its own special dishes and cuisine, I am only listing those that are more distinctive (pasta, sushi, etc) and well known.

Mmmmmm, Japanese fooooood! I love it. I also love SE Asian cuisine like Thai and Vietnamese and Middle Eastern Cuisine like Lebanese.

I don't really eat "normal" American food all that often...

Fusion is as its name suggests the mixing of two or more different cuisines together. The most popular ones are those that make the claim "East meets West."

Aw you missed an important one: ALL OF THE ABOVE!

I truly can't choose, because I DO love it all, and it's totally a question of what I'm in the mood for.

I'd have to pick at least 4 on the list as my "favorites".

mmm, Italian. Pasta RULES. Gotta have my carbs! And well Italian food means wine... so....

Mexican ranks up there w/ Italian, though... with those cheesy enchiladas Tequila goes real, real nice.

Hey Bumpy, when are you going to start answering your own polls?!
From what I gather reading your posts, I'm guessing... Japanese?
