Whats your population?

There was a thread that was talking about small towns. I was just wondering who lives in a small town or big city and the population of the city/town you live in.

I live in Cataula Georgia population 4,822 as of the 2000 census.

If you don't know you can google you town and state and Wikipedia might have the population for you!

Roughly 12,000 I would guess now.

When I was growing up, I lived in a town that had only 1,100 people in it

I loved it!

Now I live in a town that has about 30,000!

Thats quite a big change!

i live in Medina Ohio and as of the 2000 census had a population of 25,139, although I'm pretty sure we've grown since then

Where I live is relatively larger, but I was born in Mullingar, Westmeath, Ireland, which being the 'capital' of the county only has a relatively small population of 15,000

If you count Greater Manchester as a whole, there are 2,284,093.

(If you just class Central Manchester area (where I am), there are only 437,000)

The village I am originally from has approximately 3500 - 4000!!

In the 2004 census, my town had a population of 16,300.

The population in my town is 1244.The entire county is only 20,600 in a 280 sq. mile area! I'd never make in the "big city"!!

I thought I lived in a small town....but looks like some of ya all have smaller towns

I love small towns though, they are so nice. But its kinda bad because everyone knows your business!!

I bet theres probably 3,000 ppl here, but thats just a *guess*. I have tried googling my town and it only has the last census from the yr 2000, and 2003.

I think our town is between 80K - 100K and considered small around here.

According to the July 2004 census the population here is 2946. They've been building a lots of houses lately, so it's probably a little higher than that now.
