Enjoy them while you can. What sort of chocolate cake mate asks cobber. Do you know where that comes from by the way?
It's a CWA recipe for chocolate cake mate! ' country womens association of Australia' Good old fashioned baking. Cobber is a friendly term for a person maybe comes from England? Maybe dates back to convict times?
Oh and nuts are high in calories but they are really good for you.
Last thing I ate was crackers and hommus.

1 egg over easy with a slice of reduced fat swiss cheese.  1/2 cup of a mix of broccoli and cauliflower, plain. 2 slices no-sugar, reduced sodium bacon.  Decaf with 1 oz. half and half.  Yummo!  ;-)

One orange-flavored Tootsie Roll. Just a wee little one.

Yeh, yeh,  I believe you  (maybe).

A plate full of roasted parsnips, because I could and they needed eating.  I had the chicken that might have gone with them when I came home at lunch time.

A small bag of reduced fat Cape Cod potato chips. Couldn't tell the difference.  They were excellent.

Cheese and crackers.  Not typical for me to eat.  Actually last had that about 10 years ago!  I used to gag at the thought and tried it while over moms as dad was eating and was like yup still pretty bad.  Cheese is for mac and cheese or burgers and crackers you give to sick kids.

Roast chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy followed by a lemon mousse.  An almost proper meal, all it needed was some vegetables!
