I had a doctor's appointment today for a regular visit and had blood work done last week. Since being told my blood work is perfect and not having to face blood work like that again for 6 months I have had a full carb asiago bagel loaded with cream cheese and some ice cream. :lol3: I'll be back on the wagon tomorrow. :lol3:

Rick brought me a blueberry muffin last night. They had their bowling roll-offs and his team won the league championship!
