a ham with mustard sandwich, a bit of potato salad, and some orange jello -- my dinner.

I just made a stir fry with chicken, noodles, bean sprouts, carrots, broccoli, green beans, a little green onion and a few peanuts chopped up on top. It has a sauce with a bit of soy, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil, lime juice and brown sugar. I just kind of made it up as I went and it was good.

Two slices of sourdough multigrain toast with a bit of butter, vanilla yogurt with berries and a bit of granola and some cucumber. That was lunch.
