Tuna pasta salad.....it's a cold salad with drained tuna, medium shells, onions, celery, and green pepper. Hard-boiled eggs. And a mayo-based dressing with relish and red wine vinegar. It's a nice salad for summer. I hard-boiled the eggs this morning to save some time tonight. We're having the salad with garlic-Parmesan rolls.
Chicken fajita salad.....
Leftovers from last night, Jamaican curry vegetables with soft tofu and white rice. The stuff was so bland. I won't be making that again.
Some left over beef stew from the freezer. I'm looking forward to it.

I think carry-out pizza tonight...well, they'll deliver it.
I am not sure. Hubby made lunch (burgers). Phoenix is so hot. Soup sounds so good but it is so hot.
Red beans and rice with spicy chicken burritos
Roast lamb, roast potato, sweet potato, pumpkin and roasted baby tomatoes with green peas and gravy.
I worked/trained my first closing shift today, so I asked my boyfriend to have dinner ready for me. I got cheese tortellini in tomato sauce with mixed vegetables, tofu dogs, and meatless balls. 
We had chicken breasts and bacon with cauliflower, broccoli and green beans.

pizza with marinated artichoke hearts, red peppers, pepperoni, onions, pineapple, green olives, mushrooms and olive oil.
