It was a red wine colored Chrysler LeBaron. I don't know the year. I liked it, it had a digital speedometer. After that I got a white Dodge Spirit, that was nice too. I don't have a car now.
What color?
If I remember correctly, it was a pale green. But it was over 45 years ago. What color?
Nice! The first love of my life had a red one as a graduation from college gift from his parents. If I remember correctly, it was a pale green. But it was over 45 years ago.
One of Michele's co-workers had one of those. The thing practically needed to have a tow truck follow it everywhere it went. What a pile it was.I don't remember the year of it, although I still have the bill of sale somewhere, but it was a Pontiac T1000 that looked similar to this -

Thankfully mine wasn't that bad. It got me through 4 years of commuting to college. One of Michele's co-workers had one of those. The thing practically needed to have a tow truck follow it everywhere it went. What a pile it was.
When as 14-15-16 year olds living in the bush used to save all our pocket and lunch money and go down to the wrecking yard and buy a car that was still working and spend the next few weeks roaring around the bush until the cars wouldn't go no more.
Ha Ha Ha! Soo ooo funny, your list-I can't stop laughing! My first was a ‘68 Buick Skylark convertible. It was my dad’s car that he “loaned” me during my senior year of college—and let me keep when I graduated in the mid ‘70s. I loved it! A convertible!
Dad was a car nut, and he passed the “must have a new car” gene on to both my brother and me. Here are mine over the years. I can’t remember the years for all of them. (The absolute worst one was the Camaro. I loved the way it looked, but it was a total lemon.)
‘68 Buick Skylark
‘76 Camaro
Mazda GLC
Datsun 310
Mazda 626
Honda Accord (sedan)
Honda Accord (station wagon)
‘98 Subaru Forester
‘02 Lexus RX
‘05 Lexus RX
‘08 Toyota RAV
‘11 BMW X3
‘14 Acura RDX
‘18 BMW X1
After my dad died in 2008, my brother and I found this list of cars he’d made starting with a 1930 Model A. Although the list stops in 1992, he owned at least six more Lexuses after that.
