I made myself a veggie sandwich: half an avocado, field greens, tomato and cucumber on whole wheat bread with a little bit of salad dressing on it. YUM!

I've just ate " 2 " Blue Riband chocolate wafer biscuits with a cup of tea and they were lovely!!!

Oh today's was even better!

I had a prawn and egg mayo torpedo roll, chicken, lemon and herb crisps and a vanilla fudge bar all from M&S food!

I am so healthy!

And for lunch I had 6 veggie "chicken" nuggets with bbq sauce. Wanted to eat some protein but nothing big cause I have company tonight and I know they're going to want to eat Chicago deep dish instant death pizza!
