I'm going around to my Nana & Grandad's tonight and I know for sure we are getting out some vids so I'll be certain to look for it!

Thanks!

It sure would be!
I'm really craving potatoes now, Stephanie.

How do you cook yours? I know that sounds like such a *duh* question, but I'd really love to know!

Loving my beautiful baby girl
It's very complicated, Sam. Are you ready to write this down?
I line the oven rack with foil, wash my potatoes and stick a few holes in them with a knife, (ever had a potato explode in the oven? Not pretty!
), place the potatoes in the oven on the foil, and bake them at 450 F. How long depends on the size of the potato. (size does matter, you know
) I like to cook them until the skins are a little crisp, then enjoy them either plain or with olive oil.
Hurry over, I'll keep them warm for you!

Oh so not as hard as I imagined! I think I'll be making some of these tomorrow! (That's if we have potatoes) Thanks for that! Be there in five!

Leftover piece of fried (actually baked) chicken, homemade mashed potatoes with a homemade beef and herb gravy.
