What Did You Believe......As A Child?

I was terribly traumatized by the fact that the Romper Room lady NEVER saw ME in her mirror at the end of the show. (She ALWAYS saw my sister, Lisa!)

Well...the joke's on her because I work with the Romper Room lady now, so she sees me all the time!

This is funny! My dad once told me that blue vans were allowed to go through red lights after I scoled him for running one, I was about 4 and I believed it for years. One of my brothers friend told me that if you did'nt Fart you would have to get your stomach cut open to let the gas out! I believed that one for a while too.

Oh, I thought of another one. For a long time I thought all babies were born by caesarean section. At that point my mother hadn't told me anything about the facts of life, but a neighbor boy had told my brother that his mother told him how he was born and had even showed him her scar. So I thought all babies were born the same way.
