I think you might be onto something! Of course, I have NO real idea... but it sounds good to me!

Topaz has no stripes so she is no tabby.

And, yes, Aristotle is white. Okay, a bit off-white, but not enough to warrant a bath!

Yeah they are great... The first one passed a long time ago. Then I resorted to banging my head against a wall and I ended up like the second one..

98% right - wonderful! Just switch a couple of words around and you have it!

Will give you 500 points first - if you get the actual term right, I'll give you the balance!

Don't you have to classify the color of mink though too or is tortie enough?

Wouldn't Topaz be a seal mink tortie with white? Or is just mink tortie with white enough since the "tortie" is there?

Next cat....

For 200 points:
If the cat pictured below had odd-eyes (and actually, it does) and originally comes from Thailand, what would the breed of the cat be?

And 50 points for the color.

What possible breed and color is this cat?

All of you have it sort of right - but not really. I will grant you the mink BUT there should be another word in front of the mink and it isn't sable. I did tell you to ignore her markings!

OK. Not the one I was thinking of.

ETA: Ok, I keep coming up with Khoo Manee. But what I found said they are white.

Here is a description:
Pure white Thai shorthair also called the "Diamond Eye" and described in antiquity, "White Jewel" or "Gold and Silver Eye Cat". Distinguishing feature is its brilliant 'glowing' eyes. A bright pattern around the eye gives the eye the look of a "diamond cut". This additional brilliance is unique to the Khao Manee. Some have same-color blue eyes, some are blue/yellow odd-eyed or blue/emerald-green odd-eyed, some have eyes of different shades of the blue.
