So, should I start a new paragraph here? No smilies in this post, you'll notice.

Fwan and Stephanie, you both spelt "grammar" wrong.
Pinkdaisy, You are guilty of using caps and poor grammar by using the word "gonna"!

(In my worst "soup nazi" accent): No posts for you one year!!!

Ah but there's a difference between using caps to emphasize something, and using it for a whole sentence (as many members have pointed out).

Likewise, there's a difference between using "bad grammar" all the time and in a sentence to be cute.

Wise guy!

in my backyard with the goggies
The asking for advice and not taking it... REALLY gets my goat
... When people type in all caps(i've seen it before in another board I go to)
And the swearing... Which doesnt happen all too often here

That's so funny, in a thread talking about proper grammar and spelling, we spelled the word incorrectly!

Yes... I was stretching it there a bit, but that's the second time today that someone stuck their tongue out at me like that.
(That's the spit dripping off my face and loving it.)

Three times! Why do I feel like I accomplished something great? Do you see the way the tongue is flapping on that smiley? I imagine that could produce a lot of airborne spit particles.

So just to update everyone on previous questions that I've asked (and maybe did not follow up on as best I should)...Eponine loves the new apartment, Feliway is great, I've found some wet food that she likes (for that weight gain thread), and I am still on the lookout for a new kitten. And thank you for everyone who has ever said a kind word or given me great advice- I genuinely appreciate all of it
Whew!
I should have clarified, I was speaking more of people who post just the one and only thing and never acknowledge it, and never post again.

I know you're all going to get me back for the ribbing the moment I make a spelling or grammar error.

Well, you saw what we did to Susie yesterday about the "rasio" question of the day, didn't you?

Yes. That was funny!
And once you make a spelling error in a thread title, you can't edit it. It stays that way... forever...
