Walking by the river - in pictures

Although I don't have anymore photos from the walk, I do have some that I snapped in the garden yesterday.

They are a couple of a Meadow Brown butterfly enjoying the thyme flowers on our herb patch.

In this first one, a bee flew into the picture just as I clicked the shutter, it makes an interesting effect on the right hand side there



With its wings open.


The butterflies really love the thyme flowers.
