THanks again for everything guys.........today is the day I find out. I slept better than I did last night, but right now my heart is beating a mile a minute. I'm 43 and always had a job. I was laid off once at my last job, but got called back within a week. I have to believe that everything happens for a reason and that if this door closes, another one will open.............
What's the atmosphere like there Sooz?. Is there many work there or is this the day their talking about closing completely

Atmosphere sucks Sues......it's such a small business.....just me and Debi ,and then the owner, his wife, who comesin once in a while and pretends to work, and a salesman who we see about once a week. Debi and I are meeting with the owner this morning about 9 or so.....and we'll find out who's getting layed off, if the whole company is shutting down, etc.......it's very very scary........at least to me.Originally Posted by Rosiemac

I hope everything goes ok, but what i would love to know in situations like yours, because i've seen this a lot, why do they break the bad news on a friday?!
