What do you mean by in pain? Is it possible that she has mastitis? Or is it more like the kittens have teeth?

Yes, you can start introducing mush. Use a wet kitten food and mix it with kmr so they can lap it up. It will be messy, but they'll get the idea! You can also introduce some litter boxes. Use shallow boxes with nonclumping litter.

Thank you! It may that they have teeth and they have very sharp claws. She looks and sound painful when nursing. She also has very sore looking nipples (they have bled).

Can you post some photos? She may have an infection. If it's just normal soreness, you can put some olive oil on her nipples.

If it's mastitis, she will need an antibiotic. With mastitis, the nipples are red, inflamed, and too sore to nurse. Please call your vet asap, and feed mush in the meantime. Udder balm will also give relief.

It does sound like maybe she has an infection.  Please do try to get her to a vet, plus start to suppliment the kittens with a little mush and keep an eye on their weights as she seems not to be feeding so much.  Hope all settles quickly.
