Ooooooh! Babies are soooo cute! And, blood is just a natural part of the birthing process.
That little gray kitten is adorable! I'm sure the orange one is, too, but I cannot see the face.

Actually the red gene is sex-linked to the mother. Dad doesn't have anything to do with the orange kitty color unless it's a girl. In that case both mother and father have to have red in them.Originally Posted by CuteKittenKat

Hun, really! That's cool! She is torbie, so she does have some orange in her, but I think one is a girl, so maybe dad had some orange too?
OMG!!!! i just got home from work and read the news!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WOO-HOO Zoe go girl go!!! I am so happy!!! On Mother's Day? That is the best!!! I am so happy for you. The kittens are precious!!! Fingers crossed they are ALL okay. She looks like a wonderful mother!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
