^ My biggest pet peeve are when people don't make phone calls just because they think that since I am the receptionist, I have to make every single fregin' call
(basically, "Candice, can you call "Insert name here" to tell them there food is here, or "Can you tell "Bob" has a fax in his inbox"....and then they go back to playing Solitare on their computer.
