I've just now seen this thread. My thoughts and prayers go out to your family. Miracles can happen, don't let the doctors make you think they can't.
A good friend of mine was in a horrible car accident and was in a coma for about 3 days, the clouding on his brain was so bad the doctor told his family to gather up all his loved ones to come say goodbye. After three days the clouding on his brain vanished completely--the doctors couldn't even explain why. He woke up and was out of the hospital and feeling fine a few days later. He had no permanent injuries and now has a baby boy, 4 years later.

Anything can happen!!! I've seen the power of prayer work before, especially on this board, and I believe it can work again.

My DF knows a woman who was in a coma for months after a car accident. Not only did she wake up well, but she remembered what music my DF played for her. Miracles happen!
