Welllllllllllllllllll....developments! If anyone needed proof that the woman should be shown the door, they've got it now. I hope this turn of events gets through to your boss and results in action!
Victor, you've got a lot to learn about the professional world... Talking about sexual anything may be funny at a party, in a bar, in school, at the movies...basically in a social situation. But it is at best embarassing, and at worst civilly liable in a workplace.Originally Posted by yoviher

That is unprofession to the EXTREME! It could well cost Elizabeth's company contracts/business if he was offended enough. Any sexual conversations/topics like that should not be discussed in the workplace. Period. For some, something little like that could constitute sexual harassment. Regardless, for a client of any sort, let alone someone in the position of a Senator, to hear that over the phone while conducting business...it leaves a very bad impression. Milly should, honestly, lose her job over that, or at least be severely reprimanded!
Good luck getting rid of Mildew, or whatever her name is. I hope your boss gets rid of her at last!Originally Posted by sashacat421
okidoke - today was the day. I did it. I wrote a very objective but kind, solution oriented letter to my boss who is the CEO. She was on a flight so she had to read her handheld, no distractions, which is part of the issue as I can never get her to focus long enough. The letter was two paragraphs, the first outlining her spraying, her profanity, her reading everything out loud, her shrillness, and things like she gets her lunch and brings it back --then calls a friend and talks with her mouth full. Friday was the last straw. I received a call from a U.S. Senator for my boss about a topic and Mildred was reading her spam out loud. Her shrill voice was saying something about Viagra, and the Senator heard it.So in my email, I did include a sentence that this situation has really started to show my boss in a poor light to others.....
we shall see.........

Also-don't talk about her at home-my hubby got really tired of me talking about my now ex-boss. Does Eric mention this at all?? Its bad enough having to spend 8-9 hrs with her-don't bring her home too!!
I think the best thing to do would be to get all four of you together and calmly discuss the facts (you are keeping track of the irritating things she does??)
