WATER, WATER!!! For the last few days I have been trying to drink more water. It is not easy for me and does not come naturally to me. :lol3: I have to keep reminding myself. I heard that we all should be drinking about 1/2 our weight in ounces of water. So if you weigh, let's say, 150 pounds, then you should be drinking 75 ounces of water! And, I also wonder, Does coffee count as water, I mean, really, is it not all water??? :lol3: One can hope.
[COLOR=#BLUE] Do you drink enough water everyday? Do you have to remind yourself to drink water? Tap water or bottled water? Or both? (I drink both) And, do you think coffee should count towards your daily water intake? [/COLOR]
