Today is okay with her she's meowing a lot as if she's stressed out and doesn't want me to leave her side.

It takes new moms a couple of days to settle in. She's seeking comfort. Try to spend as much time with her as you can today.

They said they saw why looks to be a dead kitten that didn't make it through pregnancy as in it didn't develop a skeleton so it's a blob. She also has an infection in her uterus and is severely constipated. She was given fluids and antibiotics and I have to get her spayed. Which is ok bc I was going to do that anyways.

The uterine infection is probably due to the undeveloped kitten left inside. The fluids will help her constipation, and you can add some olive oil to her food which will also help her pass her stool more easily. I'm glad you found out her problems! It sounds like she will begin feeling better soon!

When is the spay scheduled? She'll still be able to nurse afterwards.
