1. Your home. My home is situated in Whitby, Porirua City, GWR(Greater Wellington Region) it is a comfortable two storey home. The bottom storey is the Garage and storage space and the first storey there is 3 bedrooms(Mine, Mums & 'The Cat Room'). Our house is nothing flash but we love it.

2. Where you live. A quiet semi rural area, where everybody is really friendly and the shops are all but minutes away.

3. Your job. I am a full time college student, but I do work Mondays afternoons at a local cattery.

4. Your family, siblings, children, parents, etc. I live with my Mum. I've never met my real Dad, but I do have a huge family who I love very much.

5. Your favorite television show. Shortland Street. It's a hospital soapy/drama and it is on Monday-Friday at 7pm.

6. Your kits favorite food. Fresh meat, most likely!

7. Your best friend. My best friends name is Lisa, and she lives in the GWR suburb of Titahi Bay(Where my boyfriend lives) and recently we rehomed a cat to her.

8. Growing up, where, etc. I have always lived in the Wellington region, but I have lived in 11 houses.

9. you hair......color, length, style.. my hair is just a bit longer than shoulder length, it is dyed light blonde but my natural colour is the dirty dishwater blonde. I have curly/wavy hair and I LOVE it!

10. your favorite vacation destination. Dunedin. What a haven! I've only been there once and it was only for three or four days but I totally fell in love with it. I also love Ocean Beach, where our family bach is situated.

11. peice of clothing.... My favourite piece of clothing is my $90 Denim Miniskirt. It's so short there's hardly anything to it!

12. your favorite breed of kitty The Persian. Absolutely gorgeous and loveable. Very laidback, gets along with other cats and people well!

13. your jewelry that you wear. I wear a stirling silver braclet that my boyfriend got me for my Birthday. It has my name engraved on it. Also on that wrist I wear five purple braclets. On my other wrist I wear five pink beady ones, my boyfriend has half. I also wear a necklace, which is in the shape of the heart.

14. your first date. The movies with WAAAAAAAAAAY too much popcorn.

15. your favorite author, if you have one. My favourite auther is Lemony Snicket.

16. the outside of your home. It's not exactly well cared for, but the dogs love it!

17. your favorite type of excersize. I love walking and running. Also walking my doggies.

19. how you used to spend summer vacations as a kid from school I still go to college, but I spend the summer holidays at the beach, with my pets, family & friends!

I've known her since we were in grade school, but we didn't become best friends until about the time I graduated college. She unfortunately lives an hour and a half away but it's the sweetest, kindest person I know

I grew up in the relatively rich suburbs of Massachusetts. We were not rich, however!

9. you hair......color, length, style..
It's red, shoulder length, and straight.

10. your favorite vacation destination.
I loved Aruba, I went there on my honeymoon

My jeans are my favorite!

I love them all!

I wear my wedding/engagement ring, a sapphire ring, and amythest ring, and a toe ring. I'll wear earrings and necklaces as the mood strikes me.

Oh, brother, I was 14 and we went to one of those carnivals in a parking lot, and I ended up throwing up!

15. your favorite author, if you have one.
I don't think I have one!

16. the outside of your home.
Our house is light blue with navy blue shutters, a porch and an acre of land, a lot of which is wooded

I like to walk

Lilacs - and it's almost the season!

1. Your home. Small frame house built by my maternal grandfather about 1930.

2. Where you live. 1 1/2 acres sort of in the country. The suburbs are encroaching!

3. Your job. Currently unemployed and on disability. Occasionally sell a piece of jewelry.

4. Your family, siblings, children, parents, etc. Live with Mom and have one older sister. Dad died in 1990.

5. Your favorite television show. I have many but they make me laugh.

6. Your kits favorite food. Anything I'm eating? Jasper does like chunky chicken in gravy.

7. Your best friend. I have two. Ramona - college friend and fellow with strange sense of humor. She is also a cat lover. Kathy - another college friend and cat lover.

8. Growing up, where, etc. Grew up in this area. Haven't lived anywhere else.

9. you hair......color, length, style.. Was born with dark sable brown hair with red highlights. I now have "silver" strands making their presence known.

10. your favorite vacation destination. Right now - anywhere but here. Haven't been on a real vacation for ages.

11. peice of clothing.... A pair of black slacks and a cotton top.

12. your favorite breed of kitty I do like the angora. Also the Maine Coon.

13. your jewelry that you wear. The one I seem to wear the most is a necklace with a charoite pendant I cut and wire wrapped myself. (Charoite is a material from Russia - comes in shades of purple.)

1. Your home.
I bought my childhood home in September 2003. My parents bought it in 1977 when I was only 5, when we relocated here from Grosse Pointe, MI. When I bought it 9/03, it still had the original flooring (Brady Bunch), orange/yellow/green/brown colors, doorknobs broken off, lights not working... you name it. Anyways it's been updated and I'm currently re-landscaping my front yard. Thankfully I have VERY NICE neighbors who love to garden because I am clueless. So far so good; I love my home because it is a part of my past and a part of who I am.

2. Where you live. I live in Florence, KY, the south side of Cincinnati as it's called? Florence is huge. If anyone's ever driven I-75 South or North, you've passed by the water tower that we're famous for: it says "Florence Y'all". Cincinnati itself is an awesome city no matter what naysayers may say. Fun to party in, nice to live in & work in, and a beauty of a view from the KY side!

3. Your job. I have been at my job for 4 yrs. I support the entire sales force of my company for the USA. I also work a side job (under the table) for an Irish singing group here in Cincinnati, which has been more 'fun' than 'work' because I get to socialize at really cool events!! Like black tie things, festivals, fundraisers, etc.

4. Your family, siblings, children, parents, etc..... my family... I see my mom & dad just about every day, after they moved from my house here, they bought a condo. Dad stops by just about every weekend now. He and I have grown a lot closer cuz he's bored now that he's retired, so he helps me with my yard. Momma watches my daughter after work. And my daughter, well she's the single most important person to me, the only human on this earth I would die for in a heartbeat. Other children include 6 very spoiled, loved, and pampered felines who y'all prolly know alot about by now!

5. Your favorite television show. Um... the Weather Channel? I don't watch TV unless it's to check the Radar (I love watching storms move in!!!) or the news to see what's going wrong on Earth.

6. Your kits favorite food. My kitties will roll over, cry, meow & scream for fish. I fix tilapia or orange roughy every now and then... like once a week? I made some last night and whenever I do, I always make my kits a filet. I divide it up. Last night they were just about climbing the walls as the fish was baking! Oh and when I make Tuna Helper for me & my kid, they get the juice from the can, they hear that can opener and COME RUNNING.

7. Your best friend. I'd have to say, Myself. I can't let me down & I'm always there for me. My mom is a close second, even though her health is failing horribly and my daughter is third, as choice for best friend. Then there is of course my cats who can find no faults in me & listen to everything!

8. Growing up, where, etc. Born in Grosse Pointe, MI, grew up here in Florence, KY in this house. My daughter goes to the same school I did. She has my old bedroom. I get a load of memories every single day leaving and coming home to my childhood home! My childhood wasn't perfect (whose was) but it was good enough to land me where I am.

9. you hair......color, length, style... It's down to my waist now. I had "layers" put in it a few weeks ago and they thinned it out for me cuz it was too thick. It is naturally curly, spiral curls? I love my hair, it actually goes from being medium auburn in the winter to a very pretty strawberry blonde. I've been outside so much already this year (!!!) working in my front yard, it's already strawberry blonde. Style? None, man. I don't follow style for one thing. I wear it either down & flowing, OR up in braids (Princess Leia style). Or when I just don't care I put on my baseball cap & pull it through the opening in the back.

10. your favorite vacation destination. Well I'd have to say Gatlinburg Tennesee. It's only 4 hours drive from here and the pancakes rule. Plus there's the lovely mountains, where I could live and die.

11. peice of clothing.... a red tank top from Victoria's Secret which fits very nicely and altho it's covered in paint and has been worn during 'the rehab of the house', it still looks mighty fine. I wear it while working in the yard, sleeping, relaxing, everything!

12. your favorite breed of kitty. HOMELESS BREEDS!!!!! Stray breeds? Unwanted Breeds? Given Away Cuz The Other Person Was Stupid Breeds? Any breed. Well I could pick Maine Coons cuz Snickers definitely has SOME Maine Coon in him (personality, fur, stance) and Snickers is my favorite of all my kitties.

13. your jewelry that you wear. Ankle bracelets, toe rings, and bracelets. Necklaces sometimes & earrings only when I wear my hair up in a braided bun or something.

14. your first date. I don't remember? Probably was with a group cuz my parents didn't let me go near anyone til I was around 16.

15. your favorite author, if you have one. Bronwyn Williams. She does romance novels but they aren't unrealistic romance novels -- they aren't sappy or stupid. Also Mary Higgins Clark, she is freaking awesome with mysteries!!!

16. the outside of your home. A MESS right now... I actually just got done tearing out SEVEN 20-something year old sticky, prickly bushes. My hands are raw and have thorns in them and my back hurts. I have SOME stuff done, updated & looking nice & new; and other stuff torn to shreds waiting for "inspiration". Other than the live stuff, my house is a 2-story with a brick bottom & siding on top, red shutters, red front door. I have 2 gorgeous Japanese Maples sheltering my front porch which I get lots of compliments on.

17. your favorite type of excersize. I like to lift weights, I have little ones (8 pounds). I also do a LOT of stretching exercises. Lunges, I have heard, make your butt smaller; I have been lunging for like a year now and my butt is only getting bigger so I think I'll give up lunges. I also like to walk.

18. your favorite type of flowers. Roses. My daughter's middle name is Rose. And my lovely Diva Dusty is on my kitchen table right now eating some white roses that my coworkers gave me for Admin Professional's Day.

19. how you used to spend summer vacations as a kid from school? Sleeping in late, watching cartoons, riding my bike, messing around outside with friends. My mom was a stayhome mom. My own daughter doesn't have this luxury, she has to get up early during Summer vaca because I work (duh).

1. Your home.
It's a small apartment in what many would consider a bad neighborhood. We save alot of money this way, though, but so far nobody has messed with us. I keep it clean & cute inside, so that's all that matters.

2. Where you live.
Melbourne, Florida! The Space Coast, Hurricane Central! A 10 minute drive to the Beach. We can stand out front & watch the rockets go off. Alot of water & beautiful wildlife here.

3. Your job.
I work in a sheetmetal fabrication shop surrounded by a bunch of silly, immature men of all ages & personalities. They are a blast- I think of most of them like my crazy brothers- they make me enjoy a boring job as a silkscreen tech. My God-given occupation is an artist. Portraits of people & animals are my specialty.

4. Your family, siblings, children, parents, etc.
We are not very close, & scattered all over the country. The only kids I have are my cats, & my sweet, hardworking fiancee, Mike.

5. Your favorite television show.
I like to watch Animal Cops, although oftentimes it makes me so upset, I cry.

6. Your kits favorite food.
Tuna!

7. Your best friend.
Cyndie, up in PA.

8. Growing up, where, etc.
I grew up in Vandergrift, PA, a small steel-mill town, till my Grampap passed away & Mom moved us to Florida.

Colored red to cover the grey, always long, wavy, air-dried.

My next trip will be back to PA, but where I REALLY want to go is Southeast Utah, to see the rock formations there.

He currently eats Natural Balance and really loves it, among other things.

1. Your home. At the moment I live with my parents in a large house with a beautiful garden (thanks to Mum).

2. Where you live. We live in Karrinyup, which is a north-western suburb of Perth near the beach and the city.

3. Your job. I am a medical secretary and medical student.

5. Your favorite television show. Anything to do with crime and/or medicine - Law and Order especially. Combination of both is great!

7. Your best friend. Is beatiful and gorgeous and I love her. Her name is Emma and she has two little girls, Grace (3) and Jayne (2) who are the lights of my life.

9. you hair......color, length, style.. My hair is about halfway down my back, pitch black and ringlets (natural - arrrgh!!!)

1. Your home. I am moving so the home I am going to is very nice. It's 4 bedrooms with 2 baths.

2. Where you live. Ohio, I hate it here but love my family too much to leave

3. Your job. Full-time student right now (at a much older age) I gave up my job to get my bachelor degree.

4. Your family, siblings, children, parents, etc. Only child, very close to my mom, dad and especially my grama. Gram and I are best friends, we do so much together and talk everyday! I am so lucky to have that!!!

5. Your favorite television show. Seinfeld and charmed

Three bedroom/2 bath, side-by-side duplex, with family room and utility room downstairs -- vintage late 50s/early 60s

2. Where you live.

Vancouver, BC Canada -- it's got everything you expect in a major city, PLUS ocean and mountains right at the doorstep

3. Your job.

Academic Records Coordinator in a small theological college. My 25th anniversary is this month. I only hate it at this time of year.

4. Your family, siblings, children, parents, etc.

I have a brother, eight years my senior. He lives in Montreal. My Dad has just celebrated his 93rd birthday. My Mum has been gone 17 years this month. My husband, Rob, and I celebrate our 15th anniversary this month. He has a son by a previous marriage, but we have no kids togther -- lots of nieces and nephews, and great-nieces and -nephews, though. My cats are my kids.

5. Your favorite television show.

M*A*S*H -- they just don't make 'em like they used to.

6. Your kits favorite food.

They're boring. The only thing they ALL eat is Whiskas Dry. They won't eat any premium stuff, either dry or wet -- and of canned food, they'll deign to eat Fancy Feast any flavour that's not fish, and not in chunks, but never all three on the same day. Treats? Occasionally, I'll get lucky and they'll be interested.

Human food? forget it -- except sometimes Cindy likes a dab of butter.

I was born and grew up in Montreal, Quebec. My brother still lives there.

It used to be mousey brown, but has been white for many years. I got that from my Mum, who was a redhead in her youth, though I've only seen it in pictures, and the swatch of hair she saved when she had it cut -- I still have that. Mine is down to my butt, and somewhat wavey, but I don't wear it down very much, because it's too much work. I'm trying to screw up my courage to get it cut before summer sets in.

10. your favorite vacation destination.

Pacific Rim National Park -- especially the Long Beach section, between Tofino and Ucluelet -- on Vancouver Island.

Two rings: my birthstone, which I've had since my 13th birthay, and my diamond; wristwatch; sometimes earrings; sometimes one or two gold chains.

Really hard to choose one favourite: as I look at the self to my left, I see Nicholas Evans, Patricia Cornwell, William Deverell, Ken Follett, John D MacDonald, Iris Johansen, Laurie R King, Sue Grafton, Rosamund Pilcher...etc. favourite? I dunno!

16. the outside of your home.

Ivory stucco, brown trim; small yards back and front, that we try to keep nice without spending our lives on it. Decent lawns, lilac tree, quince tree, forsythia, hydrangea, some hostas, a peony, etc, etc. Soon there will be scarlet runner beans on the north fence, and cherry tomatoes in tubs by the back porch, where the best sun is. Decent sized back porch, where we have herbs and nasturtiums in containers, a deck greenhouse, BBQ and a small table and chairs.

Must I? OK, walking, I guess.

Mostly just playing outside with friends. Playground activities, pool activities. Mostly unsupervised -- but that was fifty years ago.

A beautiful old house with a huge garden which is always kept perfect. 3 Bedroom + sunroom (otherwise known as the cats bedroom) + all the usual, lounge room etc. Known as the "white House" cos the entire house and fence around it is white (Use to love saying i lived in the white house lol

With my Very patient Grandmother in South Australia. 10 mins from the beach and 15 mins from the city - perfect!

OMG! That is the best place in the world. My Granny and Pa live less than an hour away and every time i am up there we go a few times... I would really love to live up there... I really miss it. The best is Gatlinburg! I absolutley love everything about that area!

2. Where you live. Typical small southern town...its been growing, which is bad, but its still go its charm.

3. Your job. I do bookkeeping. I like it, and I like the people I work with, there are just issues that need to be resolved before I actually feel comfortable here.

4. Your family, siblings, children, parents, etc. My husband is my best friend. He has a lot of qualities that I lack and love most about them. My Mom is my confident, and my father is my hero, and my sister is my best friend, too.

7. Your best friend. Other than my husband, Carla is my best friend. She and I have the same tastes in a lot of things, and we make eachother laugh, and we've been friends through a lot...shes almost like a second sister to me.
