Here it has been bit below +20C or little bit more below that pretty much whole summer and raining almost every day, so is that good excuse to slip a little bit?Everyone is going great
I've been eating cookies the last week. Not everyday but too many. today is a new day and I'm back on track. Winter is no excuse but I do find it harder to keep my dirty little mits out of the cookie jar when it's cold and miserable.

I have been following now rule that I must burn every calorie I take in and then some, so when I slip I have to make that up by moving enough to burn that much of calories. It is good and bad, weight does not increase, but it kind of gives permission to slip, which is not good.
