v What brought you to TCS?

^ I was adopting Lilith and Sophie and wanted to learn how to properly introduce them to Bailey dog. They didn't have time for my careful planning. They did things their own way!

v Any plans for New Years?

^  Comforting Chula and Paul when the night explodes into a cacophony of firecrackers and gunshots.   

>  Chula is currently waving her front paws at me and I'm not sure what she wants.  She's had her lunch.

v  Do you usually know what your cat wants when she or he lets you know it's time to indulge feline wishes?

^ I always have been able to understand Wurp through telepathy, I swear!  He can look at me and I know what he's asking or telling me.  He even gives my hubby obvious clues, like opening the cat food cabinet door to show he's hungry.  But Shortstack, er, no.  I'm still learning his language.  He is learning to communicate with me too.

> My cats are still learning to communicate with each other.  With one being deaf, the other is having to learn to communicate.  He has learned to tap his leg when he wants his attention though without making him mad!  Small victories!!

v  Does your cat generally "talk"?  Or do you have the strong silent type that only talks when he/she wants something?  I have one that is a chatty cathy.

^ Lilith is my most vocal cat. She makes all kinds of noise. Sophie only makes noise to scold me when a meal is late. Henry is the strong, silent type.

v How old were you when you got your first paying job?

^ Eighteen

> I miss "Old Rust II"  my second Chevy that kept driving longer than the paint job.

v  Do you name your cars?

^ Yup, usually based on the colour.  My old car was the Blueberry, current car is called Smokey.

v What's your favourite outdoor activity?

^  Taking long walks and photographing the world as I see it.

>  My back has decided to rebel, right when I am busy cleaning like mad for my daughter's visit the day after tomorrow.

v  Have you ever ended up hiding stuff before company comes?

^No, but my cats hide themselves.

vWhat kind of noise most bothers you?

^ Somebody whistling--a close 2nd to that is someone smacking or chewing loudly!

> I honestly love to hear my husband snore.  I spent so many nights with him traveling for work alone with the cats, it is a comforting noise to me to hear him snore now.  I've always read, it is the sweetest sound to a widow...I always remember that.  Or try to.

v  Do you have a habit that annoys others, that inadvertently annoys others, that people have brought to your attention?

^ No. I am perfect 

  

> My DH snored like a freight train. I miss a lot of things about him. I'm not sure I'd count that one. 

v Do your cats sleep in the bed with you and if so, do they hog the pillows or blankets?

^  Paul and Chula sleep with me and Paul is quite the gentleman. Chula, however, somehow manages with her tiny self to push me from one side of the bed to the next.  

>   Speaking of bed, I need to get out of mine and start being productive.

v  Is there something you need to do that you keep putting off?

^ Probably enough things to fill an encyclopedia.[emoji]128566[/emoji]

v Are you very organized?

^ Ha ha ha!!!  Am I very organized?!? Ah, no.  I keep trying but every effort falls apart in no time whatsoever.

v  Is it sunny or cloudy where you are today?

^ It was quite cloudy today. Now it's dark (and probably still cloudy).

v What's your opinion of winter?

^ If it is here in Florida or any place where it does not get cold it is fantastic. If it is up north or anywhere it gets cold and snows, it is hell on earth

v do you use an outdoor grill often?

Only occasionally at my father in law's. I have some portable ones to take to the park but I almost never do it.

v Do you have any kitchen appliance besides oven/stove that you use very often?

^ I have an Instant Pot electric pressure cooker/slow cooker/rice steamer that I adore.  It is wonderful!

> I cook every single day, maybe we go out once a week for dinner, maybe.  Not often.  Restaurant and fast food stuff really makes us both feel bad, upset tummy, just bad.  So I cook often.  I love to cook though!

v Do you ever use a pressure cooker to cook everyday meals?
