^Gingerbread, and pepernoten (peppernuts), which are kind of like a slightly spicier gingerbread and can sometimes have some different spices as well. I like especially chocolate-covered ones. They mostly disappear after Dec 6th so I'm not eating a bag a day anymore. [emoji]128541[/emoji]

> I put stabilizing wires on my Christmas tree so that it would be cat-safe, but surprisingly the cats haven't climbed in it at all. They do hang out underneath a lot though.

v What is your cats' relationship with any holiday decor?

They don't know about it.

I find Chrismas relaxing.

Do you do anything for a charity at this time of year?

^ One of my cats is overweight, she's been to the vet who told us to reduce her food by 20 percent. I am not the only one who feeds her, we are trying to work through it.

> I wish my partner would realise that giving in to her isn't in her best interests but he's trying.

v Have you done all your Holiday shopping yet?

^ I worked as a licensed medic for many years.  I don't regret getting out of the profession.  I was burned out severely.  It was past time for me to get out.  I worked in a high-violence, urban area.  I do, however, recommend that everyone learn CPR, especially if you are a caregiver or have small children.

> It was 70+ degrees here Saturday and we had a tornado warning in our area (means one was actually spotted near us).  Then we had ice accumulation about 5 hours after that, it's 18 degrees F this morning.  Welcome to Tennessee!!

v How do you prepare for winter weather?  Cover pipes, stuff windows, leave faucets dripping, what?  I need tips.  We do all we can, but would love to hear recommendations.

^ Not sure, I used to give my parrots a bit of holiday dinner but have not done that in years as I know it's not good for them. As for cats, probably the same just not sure yet.

^ My favorite is fashion design and sewing, but since it takes the most time and space I don't do it very often.

> I used to have a dedicated craft room, and then I sewed a lot more.

v Is any space in your home dedicated to a hobby or activity?
