I try to do at least 30 minutes of excersise per day, although I do not need to lose weight I do need to keep fit. I'm walking down to my Nanas house very soon so that will be my excersise for today!

Hmmm....this is my philosophy: if you are not incredibly sore the day after using your stepper, it's probably safe to use it every other day. The reason I do not recommend using it every day is b/c your body can get too used to certain exercises and they will have little affect. On your "off" days from the stepper, maybe do toning exercises such as lunges, squats, and crunches.Originally Posted by fwan
