just thought I'd drop in to keep hope alive...
duck is sort of like dark meat turkey, but fattier and a little bit gamier. It's generally pretty tender, good if you can get the skin crispy and serve it with a fruity type of sauce. Also good roasted Peking Duck style served with mu-shu pancakes, hoisin sauce, and slivers of scallion.

Oh...you had bad duck. I only eat good duck, and can't wait to learn how to use this new product I found at my local store...plain and simple duck breast fillet, no sugars added
