The monster under the bed

When I was a kid the monster was under the bed.. The boogeyman! I remember when I'd have to get up to use the bathroom, I would jump from my bed to the door and RUN!

and then when I came back, I'd jump from the chair next to the door to the bed to make sure he didn't get me

Now, I have 3 monster's under the bed and one on top and one lives behind the couch. The 3 under then bed have banned together and if ANYTHING moves, thier mission is to annihilate it.

The one on top, chases hair, fingers, and pops noses if they snore. The one behind the couch is the sneaky one. He waits until the coast is clear and the troup from under the bed has retreated. Just when you think the coast is clear from them, he attacks. At lightning speed too.

Going to the bathroom in the middle of the night is a TOP secret mission that usually ends with band-aids and neosporin

The hours roll by, his vigil keeps
When sleepy human wanders in
The monsters baited game begins
Hello bare feet! Dare you reach?
Fingers dangling now I'll teach!
Out he jumps with hackles bushing
Round and round he has me rushing
Chase me! Catch me if you can!
Good grief when did this game begin?
He stops, he waits, all yours, he said.
Exhausted, finally, off to bed.

My monster hangs out ON the bed.

And every single night, no fail, the monster will jump around on me and produce various puncture wounds in my feet.

My monster has VERY sharp claws and teeth..and gets very active around 4-5am

Oh , thats funny.

I have one of those too. When he was a really little kitten..he lived under the covers..thats where he bit me.

But then he moved...now he lives under the bed!

My little monster sleeps on the bed and he attacks my pillows and licks them also

... I hope you guys don't mind but its a species called a Yorkshire Terrier woofie by the name of Hilton

Apparently my toes were hanging our from under the covers last night because I was awakened this morning with them under siege by Sadie.

Well, my monster upgraded her attack last night to involve sticking her arm and claws UNDER my blanket now...So, I had to deal with claw pokes all night on my bare skin

I wonder what my monster will do next
