Is anyone else being "forced" to line up at midnight to purchase the book for one of their kids, or possibly themselves
???

But I really don't mind it. We are getting my fiance's son tonight for his last week of summer vacation and I am planning to take him to Books A Million to line up for the book. They are having a party beginning at 9:00pm and lasting until 12:01am when the book goes on sale. I thought this would be exciting for him to be able to do. I just called Books A Million to make sure you didn't have to preorder the book in order to pick one up. They said you don't have to but they recommended coming to the store to pick up a voucher early today. Those with vouchers are guaranteed a book tonight. I wasn't going to do that since I am stuck at work, but she said there were people lined up when they opened for them! So, I called my wonderful Grandmother and asked her is she minded going to pick one up for us. I can not believe the eagerness to have this book tonight. Wow! But, at least it is getting the kids to read.
