PS...anyone on a diet who still has dessert at times, I have an incredible recipe by Wolfgang Puck for Flourless Chocolate Cake...and less than 1 cup of sugar...so a single serving is very doable...this cake is SOOOOO good, it's like eating a brownieIf you want the recipe, pm me.
I don't know...with my particular body issues, anything that tastes sweet is just the same as eating the real thing - I release too much insulin either way..so I don't use any artificial sweeteners, it's either unsweetened, or I use the real thing and balance it within the rest of the mealOriginally Posted by Kiwideus
