Another film I have seen dozens of times and still love is Zulu with Michael Caine. When they sing 'Men of Harlech' I always want to join in and sing...must be a Welsh thing.
About 20 years ago I went to Glastonbury on holiday and found the grave of Lt John Chard in a small churchyard. Stanley Baker played him on the film.

I love the cheesy ones with Doris Day. One of my faves is With Six
You Get Egg roll. And her and Rock Hudson.

Love Rock with Jane Wyman in Magnificent Obsession, and All That Heaven Allows.

kissing, soooo romantic!!!

Verna, someone just sent me a Welsh tweet! I have no idea how to link things but you need to look up “Michael Sheen” on some UK game show called “A League of Their Own.” Best speech I’ve heard all year!

Thank you so much for sending me that speech. The Welsh are very passionate about their rugby especially when we win.
Michael Sheen's speech reminded me of the way Richard Burton spoke, so much depth and conviction. I shall show my neighbour this as not only is she a rugby fanatic but was a school teacher who taught Michael Sheen for several years.
Thanks again.
