It doesn't seem to be an issue for most. In all the raw feeding sites I visit no one has ever said anything about a problem with parasites. I don't doubt the risk is there but any cat that is allowed outside and munches on the occasionally bird, mouse, rabbit, etc is probably at higher risk of ingesting parasites also. I'm not going to lose any sleep over it.
